Danylo Diachenko has stepped down from his role as Chief Business Development Officer at DEVILS iGaming holding following a four-year tenure. The departure concludes his three-year term leading the company's business development department.
Department Performance and Operational Structure
During his time at the holding, Diachenko managed a division that generated tens of millions in revenue and expanded the partner network to over 1,000 entities. The unit maintained the lowest commission cut percentage in the sector. The department now operates as a self-sufficient structure capable of functioning without direct executive oversight.Diachenko stated that his exit resulted from reaching the maximum potential of the position and seeking new professional challenges. DEVILS management accepted the decision without resistance, treating executive rotation as a standard operational procedure. Leadership changes are planned in advance, with successors either already appointed or undergoing preparation to maintain consistent performance.
Two months after leaving the CBDO role, Diachenko maintains active professional ties with the holding. He acknowledged Alexander Kulagin and Lev Poloner for their support across different stages of his career. The iGaming market continues to shift rapidly, with operational conditions evolving significantly within short timeframes.
